Lake Cathie Women’s Bowling Club Report Weekending 8th October 2017.
Just a short one this week girls with just results for the Consistency Singles for the 3rd and 6th October 2017.
Results – A Wilson defeated M Waite, S Stokmanis had a forfeit from J Roberts, S Malzard, defeated H Millard, F Brassey defeated V Hamilton, R Jones defeated M Heslehurst and M Simmonds defeated E Blueming.
Don’t forget we have Melbourne Cup, Presentation Night and the Christmas Party coming up in the next few months so mark the dates in your calendar and start putting your tables together.
Now it’s also time to round up all your friends/family and their children and get them to join Lawn Bowls.
We are having a Recruitment Day on the 3rd December and tell them we will give them a free sausage sizzle if they come along. It will start at 10am and only go for a few hours. All they must do is bring a hat and flat soled shoes.
