Only one game played in the mixed pairs this week Teresa Wise and Wayne Thrussell def Sandi Hanlon and Warren Barnes.
Wednesday social and picking up the first place prize were Daryle James, Frank Raczka and Ian Hodgkinson, the runner up money went to Jimmy Race, Paul (Wingy) Hancox and Des Hancox. Voucher winners John Hilton, Daryle James, Jeff Nichols, Pat O’Connor and Adrian Hilton.
Friday jackpot triples was a washout no complaints though
we need the rain, the powers that be decided to part with a few vouchers and
the winners were Ron Hale, Peter Laing, Ian Poole, Wayne Thrussell and Ray
(Wicky) Allan.
An early reminder for our Presentation day and Christmas party to be held at the club on the 9th of December starting at 4pm no bowls to be played please bring along your wife or partner not both as we don’t want any rows. There will be some top line acts for your entertainment so put your names on the list on the board for catering purposes.
Don’t forget to put your name on the list for pennants for 2018 the more names we get the more teams we can enter.
