WEEK ENDING SUNDAY 21^ST JANUARY

Second round winners in the Major Pairs Championship games were the teams of Geoff Worley and Phil Smith, Barry Lawson and John Kennet, Tom Reeves and Bob Fischer; third round winners were Gary Knox and John Atkins.

On Monday Stewart, John Comio and Marj Peasnell took the prizemoney; Keith Clarke, Vera Hamilton and Dennis Hamilton were the lucky losers.

Tom Reeves, David Pateman, Ron Allen and David Jourdant were Thursday’s rink winners with Gary Knox, Syd Cochran, Graham Howard and John Wilkes runners-up. Lucky losers were Bill Bailey, John Javis, Derek Wright and George Ganic.

Winners on Saturday were Graham Denton, Alan Bigg and David Parr and lucky to lose were Terry McHugh, Richard Springett and Glenn Ferris.

Make a note in your calendar and organize a triples team for the Vince Smith Memorial Tournament which will be played on the 24^th and 25^th of February.
