Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

A Reminder that Port City greens and spectator areas are smoke free.

Jack Lewis has won through to the National Finals of the Australian Indoor Singles beating Simon Lyttle ( TP) at Warilla on Sunday 22 April. Congrats to Jack.

2018 men’s major pairs – semi final Richard Trow def Trevor Scholz. The final is under way between John Hrabak and Richard Trow. Details next week.

At long last 2018 pennants got under way on Saturday 28th. Note new start time of 12.30.

Most venues it was wet and cold.

Get your entries in for the 2 bowls handicap triples, May 16 – 18. Handicap must be minimum of 13 based on pennant grading.

2018 handicap triples ( min. h’cap 13) is now taking entries and a sheet is on the board. Entries close 21 May. First and second rounds on 27 May

The rescheduled Mayors Sporting Fund Day is on Friday 4th May. There will be limited green space for social bowls.

Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm. Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s Butcher Block. The Club Ltd badge draw stands at $4500, with draws at 7pm and 8 pm.
