REPORT FOR TUESDAY 2^ND MAY 2017

TUESDAY MORNING MIXED BOWLS – Tuesday bowls - 9.30am start – Uniform or neat casual. Welcome all members and visitors to this competition. Come along and enjoy a pleasant morning of bowls with a happy group of players. Margaret and Ron Coombes can be contacted on 6581 3264 or 0422816063 if you would like to come and enjoy a morning game of bowls. All visitors welcome. Bowlers to meet upstairs at the Club in the Community room before bowls. Winners were Paul Lalor, Rob Ferry, Ian White and Carol Chandler. Raffle winners Pat Cummings, Alan Kesby and Alec Morris. Jackpot not won.

REPORT FOR THURSDAY 4^th MAY, 2017

THURSDAY MORNING LADIES DAY – 9.30am start –Uniform. Selectors for Thursday 11^th Di Irving (65826262) and Leonie Laws (0422496128). Water and flag roster for Thursday 11^th May 2017 Carol Chandler and Bev Cross.  Thank you to Debbie from Perfect Nails by Debbie for her ongoing support. Winners on rink 5 were Elaine Taylor and Colleen Purnell. Runners up on Rink 3 were Di Parry and Di Irving. Jackpot not won by Carol Chandler and Julie Fraser. Raffle winners Sylvia McCallum, Sue Smith and Di Parry. 100 Club winners Di Irving and Rosezan Missingham. Biggest Morning tea winners Colleen Jukes, Jean Edwards and Marcia Glover.

REMINDERS:

1. Semi Final of the Major Pairs Wednesday 10^th May, with the Final on Thursday 11^th May.

AUGUST CARNIVAL:

Unfortunately we have to change our August Carnival to one day only. This will be Thursday 10^th August, 2017. Brochures have been sent out and one emailed to Brian Smith to attach to this report. TWO DAY MIXED PAIRS CARNIVAL JUNE 2017

On Saturday 3^rd June, 2017 and Sunday 4^th June 2017, we are holding a two day Mixed Pairs carnival with prize money of $5000.  Entry fee will be $80 per team for the two days.
