Lake Cathie Women’s Bowling Club Report w/e 14^th May 2017.

Social bowls for 9^th May saw our lucky rink winners as L Wright, M Duhigg and B Cochran and our lucky runners up were W Byers, J Blackler, Y Howard, and S Malzard.

Championship Results played on 9^th May for the Club Fours saw N Scott, L Watson, D Dow, and C Knox defeat W Bryers, J Blackler, Y Howard, and S Malzard.

M Kitcher, S Stockmanis, K Deas, and B Roberson defeat V Bayliss, J Roth, O Hulland and I Hicks (sub L Moore).

M Simmonds, R Jones, V Hamilton, and J Howard defeat H Durrant, P Begley, D Spinks and A Innes.

On Friday 12^th May the results for the 4 championship games were N Scott, L Watson, D Dow and K Knox defeat M Simmonds, R Jones, V Hamilton, and J Howard in what was a very nerve racking game for not just the players but also for the spectators when it came down to another end to be played and Nola’s team getting one shot to win the game.

M Kitcher, S Stockmanis, K Deas and B Roberson defeated H White, F Brassey, P Flatman and L Wright in another enjoyable game to watch.

Don’t forget to get your teams in for our carnivals or even invite some friends from other clubs and make a team and give Judi Blackler your entries.

The good news our computer is finally here for the office and training will start this week.
