Women's State Carnival

The 2017 State Carnival returns to the Illawarra District, as it kicked off on Monday 21 May and will wrap up on Friday 26 May.

Local player Carol Owen (Westport Composite) has won one of the sections and will play tomorrow (Friday) in the knockout round.

The Squad to take part in the Selection Trial for the NSW Senior State Side has been announced. The trial will be held at Cabramatta Bowling Club on 17-18 July 2017.

Senior Inter-Zone Championship

Winning side from Zone 2 - Newcastle

 

The Senior Inter-Zone Championship concluded today with Zone 2 defeating Zone 12 (Sydney South West) 57 - 51.

 

Our Zone 14 held their own running 2nd in the section with the winning side from Newcastle taking out the section.

Men's Pennant Play

Round 9 in the Men's Grade 1 pennant is being played today. With only round 10 to go next Saturday, the 13 May, the results today could decide the winner for the Northern Conference.

The  final games in the Zone playoffs for Grades 2 - 7 will be completed today and the Zone 14 winners decided.
