Day 2
Another excellent day of bowls at Yallourn Bowling Club.  The day
started with the news that Malaysian Champion Safuan Said was unable
to play due to problems with the Immigration Department upon his
return to Australia.

Section 17 Gary Ball had strong wins over youngster Frank Krislovic
and Yallourn President Norm Forbes.

wide margin which was enough to win the section after Wootten defeated
Holaj.

Section 19 Rohan Dennis had an early win over L Williams who  then
defeated Denis O'Keefe with O'Keefe then defeating Dennis by 1 shot
leaving Dennis the section winner.

Section 20 T Ristic had a great battle with J Arnold winning by 1 shot
and then in the last game to finish he defeated R Travica to live for
another day.

Section 21 Barrie Lester was in fine form defeating A McIsaac and G Mclean.

Section 22 Ron Witton had a good win over Lisa Phillips however James
McCausland beat both players to win the section.

over Jan Morton and "Paris" Hilton who was unable to repeat his
success of 12 months ago when he knocked Matt Flapper out of the
competition.

then beat Grubb.  Grubb and Smith were tied on 1 win each and Grubb
won through on percentage.

to advance to Wednesday's play.

Lee and T Kuklinsky after adapting from the super quick New Zealand

in a very good game against the former champion.

Section 32 Canadian Champion Kelly McKerihan had a strong win over G
Woods before narrowly beating J Wasiukiewicz in an interesting match.
