HAPPENINGS

60 players came out for a game in the sunshine today it is a wonderful achievement to have so many turn up.

Patricia Obrien has been voted in as the new President of our District and Wendy Kennedy is now Vice President.

Please check the draw for Club Triples which is now on the notice board. Remember it’s important to always check the board for competition games, as times and days of play may vary.

Port City AGM and Committee Meeting will be held at 9am on 23 July in the Bowlers Lounge, all are welcome.

Westport Gala Day is coming up soon 2 August; the sheet is now on the board.

It is also time to start thinking about Turnaround Triples, our two day carnival that is coming up in September.

 The Semifinal of club fours was played today, with J Schiemer skipping the winning team. The Final between B Schubert and J Schiemer will be played this Thursday 19 July. 

Sadly today was the last address given by President Debbie Amor we would like to thank you so much for sharing your time and experiences with us. Your time as President has been truly memorable.
