Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

The next tournament at Port City is the Port Kia Prestige Pairs, July 11 – 12 – 13. Prize money $6560.

The “Golden Arm Trophy”, Zone 14 V NSW Woomeras at New Lambton on July 9th. Port City players selected are Stan Hungerford, Margaret Halliday, Adrian Fakes. Tom “Irish” Robinson was selected but is unavailable due to family commitments in Ireland.

The 2018 Club handicap triples, the final will be between Greg Keft and Richard Trow on Sunday July 15th

The 2018 club fours (handicap, min. 17) a sheet is on the board. 1st and 2nd rounds July 22nd. Entries close July 17th.

Upcoming AGMs – Travelling Bowlers will be held on Sunday 15th July. Breakfast at 8.15, AGM at 9.00 am, followed by bowls.


Men’s Club AGM Saturday 21st July, at 9.30 am notice is on the board. There will be a couple of vacancies this year, so now is your chance to nominate for the committee and “put something back” into bowls.


Club LTD AGM is Saturday 15 September.

Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm. Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s butchers Block.
