Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

The 1’s won their last 6 games after a very slow start. They finished 3rd by 8 points behind Park Beach. The 6’s had their first win of the season. The 7’s won their section, just, and in the playoff against Wauchope at Kempsey RSL they scrambled in by 2 points.
Next Saturday they play in the zone 14 final series at North Beach against Coffs CEX. Keep it going boys!!!
The Port KIA Prestige Pairs completed last week, it was great to see some “old faces” Bryce Stewart and Geoff Mitchell, and not so old face Jack Lewis participating.
The winners were Greg Keft/Peter Taylor (8 out of 8), runners up Callum Murray/ Jack Lewis and third Steve Newman/Jason Aurisch.
In the Champion of Club Champion Pairs Matt Carter/ Johnny Hrabak, received a forfeit in the first round.. The 2nd round is scheduled for Saturday 28th July at Stuarts Point.
The 2018 Club handicap triples , the final will be between Greg Keft and Richard Trow time and date TBA.
The 2018 club fours ( handicap, min. 17) a sheet is on the board. 1st and 2nd rounds July 22nd. Draw will be on the board later this week.
Upcoming AGMs – Travelling Bowlers will be held on Sunday 15th July. Breakfast at 8.15, AGM at 9.00 am, followed by bowls.
Men’s Club AGM Saturday 21st July, at 9.30 am. Voting for Senior Vice President/Committee/ Selectors – full details are on the notice board, Voting has commenced, so please bowlers cast your vote on Wednesday or Thursday. Voting closes at 5.30 on Thursday.
Club LTD AGM is Saturday 15 September.
Prawn and Chicken night is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 25th July subject to confirmation of availability of the main event,
Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm. Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s butchers Block.
