The Port City Men's Bowling Club Newsletter for May 2018 is now available thanks to Colin Halls.

Club Championships 2018, the major pairs champions are Matt Carter and John Hrabak.

The zone 14 singles champion is Callum Murray who is now off to the state championships at Ettalong September 21/22. What a great year this young man is having.

In the zone 14 2018 Champion of club champions at Stuarts Point on Sunday 20th May Callum Murray’s first game is against G. Tindall (CEX).

The big one – Zone 14 Armigos bowling arm side to play the NSW Woomeras at New Lanbton on July 9th. Port city players selected to play- singles, Tom (Irish) Robinson, Fours – Stan Hungerford (3rd) and Adrian Fakes (2nd), Pairs, Stan ( lead) and Tom (skip) and in the triples Adrian will play 2nd.

Pennants 2018 , after three rounds we have not fared too well. The only winners so far are in the 2nds’ Thirds and Sevens.
Let’s hope things improve in the remaining rounds.

Upcoming events -

Port Macquarie mixed pairs – June 8 – 9-10.
Jax Tyres Grade 6 & 7 2 bowl triples, June 15 – 16 -17
Port Kia Prestige Pairs – July 11 – 12 – 13.

The men’s AGM will be held on Saturday July 21 at 9.39 am.
