Saturday again was a good day for the pennant teams that played at home the fours had a good win over Kempsey Heights 9 ½ to a ½ and the sixes had a great win over north Haven 10 nil unfortunately the ones went down to Park Beach at Park Beach and the sevens had the bye. Well done lads.

Pennants this week will be a double round for grade 1 and grade 6. The ones at home to Westport Saturday then away to Westport Sunday, the sixes at home to Lake Cathie on Saturday then away to Lake Cathie Sunday. The fours and sevens have Saturday only the fours away to Westport and the sevens at home to Wauchope.

Monday Monthly Pairs are on the 4th of June grab a mate enter and your team for a shot at the $700 on offer in prize money.

Bowlers please note the Club triples closing date has been extended one week and now will close on Sunday the 3rd of June.

Wednesday social and winning the fuel money was Ian Hilton, Chicka Thompson and Charles Doyle, the runner up dosh went to Leslie Faulstone, Cliff Kerr and Terry Stringer. Vouchers went to Peter Richards, Dan Thomas, Pat O’Connor and Wayne Thrussell.

The Kew Classic Fours are on Saturday and Sunday the 28th and 29th of July if you want to enter a team it would be best to do as places are filling rapidly contact the club on 65594203 or Barrie Isaac on 65595225.

Wednesday social and Friday jackpot triples are the bowls this week names in by 11.30 12.30 start both days mufti dress all welcome.
