Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets.

 A Reminder that Port City greens and spectator areas are smoke free.

The 2018 Major Pairs Champions are Matt Carter/John Hrabak who defeated Matty Bayes/Richard Trow in the final 26 – 16.

The zone 14 Champion of Club Champions 2018 singles and pairs will be held at Stuarts Point on Sunday 20th May. Port City will be represented by Callum Murray in the singles and Matt Carter/John Hrabak in the pairs.

Pennants – Better weather at the weekend did not bring better results.

Get your entries in for the 2 bowls handicap triples, May 16 – 18. Handicap must be minimum of 13, based on pennant grading. Entry fee is $180 per team. Lunch is included on all days. Total prize money $8000

2018 club handicap triples ( min. h’cap 13) is now taking entries and a sheet is on the board. Entries close 21 May. First and second rounds on 27 May

Thursday and Friday 10- 11 May, Port City is hosting the ladies region 2 pennant play offs. There will be restricted green space on Thursday for men’s social bowls, but Friday should be ok.

Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm. Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s Butcher Block. The Club Ltd badge draw stands at $5000 with draws at 7pm and 8 pm.
