Weekly News
Today we had a great turnout of 48 players for our Out of Hat fours competition. Thanks to our sponsors Topstitch Curtains and Blinds. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make the day possible. A great day was had by all.
The Major/Minor pairs final between R Hehir and R Biddle, D Amor and R Kean will be played this coming Thursday 13 September with a 9am start.
The AGM is being held this Saturday 16 September. As a result there will be no morning bowls. Play has been re-scheduled to a 1pm start.
Turnaround triples is on Tuesday 18 September. There will be no social Bowls played.
Once a month, beginning on Thursday 27 September we will be running a new three bowl mixed pairs competition. There will be good prize money. The cost will be $20 per head. See Phil in the bowls office for more details.
Nominations for Consistency singles are now open. (Play commences on 2 October) The sheet is on the board. You must also put $5 in an envelope for the match Committee.
