The final of the Club
Triples Championship will be played this week between the team of Phil Smith,
Bob Fischer, and Steve Smith and the team of Steve Townsend, Ron Allen and Geoff
Worley. Keep your eye on the board for the time and date if you want to be
there to watch the game.
On Monday, the winning
team prize went to Vic Ley, Esther Bailey and Bill Bailey. Lucky losers were R.
McCabe, B. Farrell and B. Whiting.
Thursday’s winners were
Harry Weegen, Paul Dewson and Derek Wright, runners up were Tom Reeves, Phil
Innes and Ron Allen and lucky losers were David Parr, Peter Harris and Graham
Holloway.
Phil Innes and Norm
Malzard took the prize on Saturday while Max Heslehurst and Graham Fairburn
were happy that they lost.
