WESPORT WOMEN’S BOWLING CLUB

REPORT FOR TUESDAY 14^TH MARCH, 2017

TUESDAY MORNING MIXED BOWLS – 9.30am start – Uniform or neat casual. Welcome all members and visitors to this competition. Come along and enjoy a pleasant morning of bowls with a happy group of players.  Rain did not deter this group of happy bowlers and even with a majority of our playing members involved in the Pennant games we still had a good roll up today.  Margaret and Ron Coombes can be contacted on 6581 3264 or 0422816063 if you would like to come and have a happy game of bowls. All visitors welcome. Bowlers to meet upstairs at the Club in the Community room before bowls. Winners were Barbara Nall, Alan Kesby, Neville Burley and Peggy Coughey. Raffle winners were Carol Chandler, Margaret Coombes and Peggy Coughey. Jackpot not won this week.

REPORT FOR THURSDAY 16^TH MARCH, 2017

THURSDAY MORNING LADIES DAY – 9.30am start –Uniform. Selectors for Thursday 23rd March are Leonie Laws (0422496128) and Sue Smith (0423687106). Water and flag roster for Thursday 23rd March Betty Whiting and Bev Cross or any Committee member who is not playing pennant. No winners this morning as the games were rained out. Thank you to Debbie from Perfect Nails by Debbie for her ongoing support.

TWO DAY MIXED PAIRS CARNIVAL JUNE 2017

On Saturday 3^rd June, 2017 and Sunday 4^th June 2017, we are holding a two day Mixed Pairs carnival with prize money of $5000.  Entry fee will be $80 per team for the two days.
