It was lovely to see 40 Players out on the green today. Conditions were not too bad despite the tricky little breeze!
Next Tuesday we will be raising funds for Daffodil Day, so please think about bringing along some cakes and/or plants for sale on the trading table. There will also be some 2nd Hand uniforms for sale with all funds going to the Cancer Council.
Reminder that our – “Turnaround Triples for Four” carnival will be held on 17-18 September. We have quite a few entries already in but will be happy to get a few more. Think about it!!
On Sunday morning 9 September, our Travelling Bowlers will be coordinating a fundraiser for the Drought Relief Appeal. Sheets are on the noticeboard for triples teams – ladies, men, or mixed. Cost is $20/head which includes green fees, breakfast and lunch. There will be some fantastic raffle prizes so get your team together! There will be no Sunday afternoon bowls on this day so that all our members can participate in the fundraiser.

Jackpot: The Jackpot was not won by Rink 11 and will roll over to next week.
