Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

Bowls Facebook page has been updated. We now have bowls streamed “live” from Port City. Listen to Phil “the Ray Warren of bowls” Baker call the shots

A Reminder that Port City greens and spectator areas are smoke free.

Pat Geary Memorial Shield ( Zones 2, 6,14 and 15) will be held at Port Panthers on 11 – 12 August.

Port City will be represented by Greg Keft, Callum Murray, Craig Donalds on and Phil Baker.

NSW teams announced for the inaugural Soldiers Point Classic August 25/26 Vs Bowls Australia Emerging side, congratulations to Craig Donaldson ( NSW Reserve Side) and John Hrabak (State over 40’s side)on their selection.
Coach is Garry Willis.

2018 Club Fours – The final will be between Scotty Wholohan – J. Cain – Mark New – Craig Cooper and Paul Webster – Peter Ascott- Evans – Don Ramsay – Greg Keft. In the semi finals Craig Cooper def Steve Clancy and Greg Keft def Richard Trow.

Men’s Minor Singles, entries close 13 August. This year it will be sectional play ( not knock out draw) on 18/19 August.

Prawn & Chicken night is on Wednesday 22nd August at 6pm, in the entertainment lounge. It is rumoured Sir James Cranna will be in attendance.


Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm. Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s butchers Block.
