Just a reminder the AGM is on Saturday starting at 10 am followed by a game of bowls then something to eat to finish off the day.
There was four games in the minor singles with some top bowls being played the major boys better watch out because some of the guys can play, Stewart Wellard def Terry Stringer, Wayne Thrussell def Jeff Nichols, Ian Poole def Frank Raczka and in the match of the day Bob Sims def Chicka Thompson 31-30 what a cracker of a game.
In the club triples Bill O’Donnell, Gary Hamilton and Kevin Wholohan def Howard Burrows, John Gemmell and Dean Gemmell and Gary Ruprecht, Charles Doyle and Barrie Isaac def Ron Hale, Ian McLaren and Wicky Ray Allan.
Wednesday social and sneaking out the door with the winning was John Hilton, George Wise and Gary Douglas, picking up the runner up dosh was Ray Elliott, Steve Hall and Phil Collins. Vouchers went to Gary Ruprecht, Des Hancox, Peter Laing and Ian Hilton.
Wednesday social and Friday jackpot triples are the bowls this week names in by 11.30 12.30 start both days mufti dress all welcome.
