RELAY FOR LIFE

Robyn Biddle advised that Port City raised over $1,913 from participating in the recent Relay for Life at Port Macquarie.

Congratulations to Ingrid and Bill Code who recently celebrated their 50^th Wedding Anniversary.

2014 EASTER MIXED CARNIVAL

Entries close on 13th April for our 4 Day Easter Carnival and there are still some vacancies.

Good Friday is Mixed Fours, Easter Saturday is Ladies’ Pairs, Easter Sunday is Mixed Triples and Easter Monday is Men’s Pairs.

Club Singles are well on the way and entries are now open for Club Pairs. Entries will close today at 11.00 am and play will commence on 15^th April.

VETERANS’ DAY

Veterans’ Day this year will be held on 7^th April at The Westport Club. 

  

VERSATILITY FIVES

Entry Forms for the Tooheys Versatility Fives, to be played on Monday 2^nd June and Tuesday 3^rd June, are now available at the Club.

Entry Fee is $40 per player (lunch included).

1^st Prize Money is $1000 per side, 2^nd Prize Money is $750 per side, 3^rd Prize Money is $500 per side. 

Entries Close – Friday 23^rd May 2014 (or when filled)

 Any lady who would like to enter this event and is not already in a team, please see Carol Bowman and give her your name.

NONE PLAYING MEMBER’S MORNING TEA

We were pleased to welcome the following ladies to our non-playing member’s morning tea on Tuesday 11^th March. Muriel Whitbourne, Veronica Davey, Shirley Chapman, Jan Goldman, Irene Turner, Gwen Turner. We hope to see you again next week, 8^th April.

GALA DAY

The next Gala Day will be held at Port Panthers on Wednesday 21^st May.

We wish any of our ladies who are unwell a speedy recovery and return to bowls.
