 Port City Men's Bowling Club newsletter for the week ending Sunday 30th March.

Remember:- DAYLIGHT SAVING ends Saturday 5^th April at 2-00am.

Wednesday :- Bowls were washed out.

Thursday  PM:- $15:- K Henwood & P Webster.  $7 :-K Taylor & N Schwartz

O Cook & J Boys failed in their attempt to guess the right number for the jackpot of $380. It is on again next Thursday and will be about $460 with only 16 numbers.

Friday P.M. Bowls were washed out but will be on again next week.

The jackpot is on again next week with $600 & 9 numbers to choose from, good luck boys.

Saturday PM :- Pennants saw good weather and a good result was seen with 3 out of the 5 sides winning.

Sunday PM :-  60 mixed  bowlers enjoyed the company of their fellow bowlers and  weather with the prizes going to :- 1^st :-B Burge,M Wallis & J Burge  2nd :- P Smith , P Light & G Light  .  3^rd :-  M Green, D Holihan & R Holihan.

Lucky Envelopes :- R Carkeek, J Barry, E Wright, C Owen & W Kennedy.

GENERAL MEETING:- Remember the General Meeting to be held next  Sunday  6^th  April  at  9-00AM. Please come along as this is your club and you need to know what is happening. Come in the front door as the back door will be closed.

For all the up and coming bowlers, there is free coaching available to everyone (12 year olds welcome). Just turn up to the bowls office Saturday mornings at 10:00 am .

Coaching:- The pennant players are reminded the Bryce Stewart coaching is still on Tuesdays so please  attend if possible as per last Year.
