Port City Men's Bowling Club news report for the week ending Sunday 20th April.

Friday is Anzac Day. “Lest we Forget”.

Wednesday :- $15:-J Browne , P Sheridan & G Laird. $7 :- K Scotney & M Rand

Thursday PM:- $15:-C Munday & K Bramble. $7 :- M Glasse & B Smith
K Carmody failed in the jackpot when he picked the wrong number. It is on again next Thursday and will be about $300 with only 16 numbers.

Friday saw the start of our Easter Carnival with the mixed fours played. It was a great success . The winning team was skipped by C Balaam with G Worley & team second. J O’Neill & team were in 3rd place with the 4th place going to R Coombes but everyone were winners who played on the day.

Saturday PM :-.The ladies played pairs on the Saturday With the Victors being C White & L Thompson and again a good day was had by all.

Sunday PM :- We had 86 mixed bowlers who braved the blowy conditions to play the wonderful game of bowls.

Coaching:- The pennant players are reminded the Bryce Stewart coaching is still on Tuesdays so please attend if possible as per last Year.
