The second round of Minor singles was played today. Winners were W Kennedy and S Willis, the semi-final will be played this Thursday 1 November at 9am. Many thanks, to the umpire Judy Sholz and the markers.

Welcome to our new player Margaret Tascott.

Unfortunately we didn’t have enough nominations for minor pairs and as a result we will not be running it this year.

Melbourne Cup day is next week Tuesday Nov 6 it should be a great day with a mixed triples format. Finger food is provided and there are plenty of prizes to be won. The cost is $10 and play starts at 10 am.  See Phil in the bowls office if you’re interested.

Encouragement Day 4s is coming up 27 November. You are eligible to enter if your affiliation is after 2012. Flyers are pink and are now available.

Selectors are having a Pennant trial day to get a feel for team structure. Please support this new initiative. Pennant day trials begin at 9:30am on Saturday

10 November. The $10 fee includes lunch. There will also be two more after Christmas.

New Shirts have now arrived. Short sleeve is $45 and long sleeve $49.

This Saturday 3 November we will be running The Paul Webster Memorial Day. Single entries only. Entry is $10 per person
