The Consistency singles final was played
today. Karen Mc Farlane 152 defeated Eveline
Ramsay 102. Congratulations to both players. The trophy was presented by Phil
Baker.

Minor singles commence at 9 am on
next Tuesday 23 October. Check out the draw on the noticeboard.
Nominations for Minor pairs are now
open. Please place your $5 entry fee in an envelope for the match committee.
Melbourne Cup day
is nearly here (Nov 6) it should be a great day with a mixed triples format.
Finger food is provided and there are plenty of prizes to be won. The cost is
$10 and play starts at 10 am. See Phil
in the bowls office if you’re interested.
Beth Schubert is
taking Christmas cake orders they are $33 each the sheet is in the locker room.
Pennant trial day
will be held on Saturday 10 November. The $10 fee includes lunch. The sheet is
on the board.
The committee has
decided that we will make our own sandwiches for pennant games. This will allow
us to pay for both home and away games.
George and Matilda open pairs will be
played on 25 October. Phil in the bowls office can help if you are a single
entry.
