Saturday afternoon two games of mixed pairs was played Joan Turnbull and Peter Griffith def Carol and Gary Cheers, Janet Hills and Wayne Thrussell def Ida Bruno and Howard Burrows.
Monday monthly pairs are on the 5th of November grab a mate and enjoy a day at the friendly club.
Wednesday social and picking up the biscuit money was Steve McGregor, Adrian Hilton and Mick the biscuit eater Ashford, the runner up dosh went to the pair’s combination of Frank fuzzy Raczka and Ian Hilton. Voucher winners were Ian Poole, Terry Stringer, George Wise and John Gemmell. There was one game of major minor pair’s Warren Barnes and Peter Griffith def Reggie Robb and Brian Charters.
The semi-finals of the major minor pairs have been decided Ron Hale and Dean Gemmell will play Pat O’Connor and Ian McLaren, Warren Barnes and Peter Griffith will play Frank Raczka and John Gemmell. Good luck to all.
Wednesday social and Saturday cashpot triples are the bowls this week Names in by 11.30 12.30 start both days mufti dress all welcome.
