HAPPENINGS
It was great to see so many clubs from our district join us for Gala day. We would like to thank everyone for coming today. Thank you also goes to our volunteers and selectors for working behind the scenes ensuring the whole day ran smoothly.
The money raised from today was passed on to Robin Kean our District President. It will be used to fund Championship and Pennant games throughout our district.
Club 4s begin next week. Please check the notice board for team and time of play information.
Nominations for Club Triples are now open (close 10 July). Check the notice board for more details.
Past Presidents day will be held at Lake Cathie on the 10th of July. It will cost $20 for the day with lunch included. All monies raised will go to Early Connections, a charity involved in life changing early childhood intervention through education, therapy and support. You will find more info on the notice board.
Turnaround Triples will replace versatility 5’s this year. This is a new concept with a strategic format. Dates of play are 17 and 18 of September. Nominations are now open.
Welfare: To those who are not feeling well. We hope to see you back on the bowling green as soon as possible.
