Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

A Reminder that Port City greens and spectator areas are smoke free.

Spotted in the Drift restaurant enjoying a meal, a popular couple at Port City, Norma & Neville Schwarz celebrating 64 years of married bliss.

Welcome on board to a new major sponsor of Port City men’s club, “Hanks Optometrists” by George & Matilda.

At the conclusion of the 2018 Port Macquarie mixed pairs there were 7 teams with a maximum of 5 wins.
Coming first were Rod Madden/Jo Doherty, 5 wins, 75 margin. 2nd Bruce Anderson/Chris Errington 5 wins, 69 margin and 3rd Ken Errington/Ellen Evans 5 wins, 67 margin.

The next tournament at Port City is the ever popular JAX TYRES grade 6 & 7 2 bowl triples, which starts on Friday (15th June). Consequently there will be no social bowls on Friday.

Pennants – Round 7 on Saturday 23 June.
Teams are on the board so please tick your names to let the selectors know you are available.

The 2018 Club handicap triples quarter finals and semi finals have been rescheduled to Sunday 24th June, both am and pm.

Club and bowling membership was due 31st May. Memberships can still be renewed at reception.

There will be no social bowls on Friday due to the 6 & 7 tournament.

Diary note – Men’s AGM is on Saturday 21st July at 9.30am at the club. A preliminary notice is on the board.

Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm. Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s Butcher Block. The Club Ltd badge draw stands at $8000 with draws at 7pm and 8 pm.
