Report Weekending 16th June 2018.
Wow, we start off with congratulations to Anne Wilson and Lyn Thompson for their win in the Major Pairs on Tuesday 5th June 2018. They defeated C Knox and L Moore in a closely fought match with Anne and Lyn pulling away at the end.
Social Bowls for the 5th June saw D Fischer, R Bigg and B Owens as the lucky rink winners and the runners up were J Parr, O Hulland and R Anstee/R Aafjes.
Saturday 9th June Social bowls saw P Begley, R Hancox, J Grimshaw and J Mathews as the lucky rink winners and the runners up were B Owens, C Bouffler, M Duhigg and W Foreman
The Club Fours started on the 12th June with the first rounds played.

M Dewson, R Downes, B Roberson, and D Deas defeated D Spinks, M Peasnell, J Wilson and A Pritchard.
M Simmonds, R Jones, V Hamilton and J Howard defeated P O’Brien, N Castles, D Batts and A Butlin.
P Begley, J Grimshaw, R Hancox and S Proctor defeated P Murphy, O Tolmie, T Wise and R Anstee.
L Thompson, A Wilson, D Fischer and S Stokmanis defeated W Byers, J Blackler, Y Howard and S Malzard.
Rounds completed on Friday 15th June saw P Begley, J Grimshaw, R Hancox and S Proctor defeat M Dewson, R Downes, B Roberson, and K Deas.
M Simmonds, R Jones, V Hamilton and J Howard defeated J Parr, H Millard, B Owens and M Duhigg.
N Scott, L Watson, J Sloggett, A Todd defeated C Knox, V Bayliss, L Moore and D Teiffel.
Social Bowls for the 16th June saw D Lynch, M Duhigg and M Avery as the lucky rink winners and the runners up were J Wilson and M Walz.
