Monday’s BBQ Mixed Social Bowls winners were Stan Wellard, and Paul McNamara. The lucky losers were Derek Wright, Marion Kelly and Graham Wiggins.
Thursday Winners were Ron Campbell, Keith Lawton and Michael Storrier. The runners-up were Bob Kohut, Bill Mahon, Vic Ley and Ivan Bozanic. The lucky losers were David Parr, Brian Gorman, Alan Biggs and Peter Teiffel.
Results for the Major Singles: Bob Kohut defeated Bill Mahon, Ray Downes defeated Bruce Duncombe, Tom Reeves defeated Denis Begley, Vic Ley defeated Roger Hall.
Results for Classic Pairs Wednesday 14th February: 1st; Peter Jones & Andy Beasley. 2nd; Mark Hammond & Dean Gemmell. 3rd; Richard Springett & Rob Eldridge. 4th; Andy Lloyd & Gary McLoughlin. 5th; Steve Clancy & Mike Rand.
Pennant Teams played away at East Maitland on Saturday.
This coming Saturday and Sunday we will be holding the annual Vince Smith Memorial in house competition. We do need more mixed teams to make this a success. Come on fellows get your names down.
