2018 Major Pairs Champions, Brett Meyer and Steve Philp
LAKE CATHIE MEN’S BOWLING CLUB
WEEK ENDING SUNDAY 11TH FEBRUARY
Brett Meyer and Steve Philp are our 2018 Major Pairs Champions after defeating Phil Smith and Geoff Worley 24-20 in the final. Well done to both teams and congratulations to Brett and Steve.
The Major Singles draw is on the notice board. Check it out and try to organize your game ahead of time.
Monday’s rink winners
were Pam Begley, Joye Grimshaw and Ann Butlin. Lucky losers were Roy and Marj
Peasnell.
On Thursday the grinners were Ron Freeman, Graham Fairburn, Mike O’Neill and Dennis Hamilton. Runners-up were Bob Kohut, R. Craven, Graham Howard and Peter Teiffel. Happy to take the lucky losers money were Peter Slattery, Ken Taylor, Graham Wiggins and Gordon Gray.
Keith Woods and Vic Ley
were Saturday’s rink winners while Gary Knox and John Fuller were lucky to
lose.
