In the 2018 men’s singles championship Bruce Anderson is through to the final and will play the winner of Callum Murray V Matty Bayes.

New Roll Up Schedule – After a couple of rather
unfortunate incidents , a new roll up schedule is being prepared. After this
has been ratified by club management it will be prominately displayed and we
ask all bowlers to abide by this schedule.
Bowls for Brains – Continuing Port City’s support for local cancer charities the 24 hour event will start at 6pm on Friday 16th March.
2018 Mayor’s Sporting Fund Bowls Day will be
held on Friday 23rd March. There will be a BBQ at noon, with a
complimentary drink for participants bowls at 1pm.
The Marine Rescue Port Macquarie are conducting a raffle with the prize being a set of bowls, any size/colour/ brand. Tickets cost $5 and are available at the bowls kiosk. The raffle will be drawn on the Marine Rescue Bowls Day on 25th March. This day is also in conjunction with Sailability NSW. Come along and support these very worthy causes.Easter Carnival March 31st - April 2nd
Saturday 31st March – Ladies triples $735 prize money
Sunday 1st April – Mixed Triples, $1000 prize money
Monday 2nd April – Men’s Pairs, $1000 prize money.
Seniors Expo at Port Panthers Monday April 9th, 9am to 2pm.
Port City will have a stall at the expo which
will showcase the facilities of our wonderful club, as well as bowls activities
for men and women.
2 bowl handicap triples – May 16 – 18th
Port Macquarie mixed pairs – June 8 – 9-10.
Jax Tyres Grade 6 & 7 2 bowl triples, June 15 – 16 -17
Port Kia Prestige Pairs – July 11 – 12 – 13.
Flyers for all these events are available at
the bowls kiosk
Green fees for pennants/trials have been set at
$5.
Approved Club Championships 2018. There is a
notice on the board,” Format & entry requirements”. Please read this
carefully as there have been a number of changes.
