Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

A Reminder that Port City greens and spectator areas are smoke free.

Bowls notice board – Even though we have a new larger notice board “for sale” notices are NOT to be placed on this board. Phil Baker and Chris Palmer only are authorized to place bowls notices on the board. Ant bowls items for sale can be placed in the locker room or by “word of mouth”

Great to catch up with Tom Cornforth and Fay watching the singles. Tom hopes to be “ready” for a return to bowls around Easter time.

Entries are open for the men’s pairs 2018 championship, sheet is on the notice board. Entries close 19th March.

Easter mixed carnival March 31st – April 2nd. Entry forms are at the kiosk. Saturday ladies triples, Sunday mixed triple and Monday men’s pairs.

2018 Mayor’s Sporting Fund Bowls Day at Port City Friday March 23rd. Team of 4 costa $120. There will be a free BBQ at noon with complimentary drink and bowls at 1pm.The event is supported by PM – H Council, Triple M & Hit FM, Prime 7  PM New & Express, Wauchope Sports & Trophies.

24hour “Bowls for Brains” starts 6pm on Friday 16th March.

Marine Rescue Port Macquarie are running a raffle, tickets cost $5 and the prize is a set of bowls, any size , colour or brand. Tickets are available at the bowls kiosk and will be drawn on the Marine rescue bowls day on 25 March. The day is also in association with Sailability NSW.

Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm.  Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Coppy’s Butcher Block
