Report for Tuesday 13/8/2019 -Tuesday Morning Mixed Bowls-9.30 am start- Uniform or neat and casual. Welcome all members and visitors to this competition. Come along and enjoy a pleasant morning game of bowls with a happy group of players. Margaret and Ron Coombes can be contacted on 65813264 or 0422816063 or names down in locker rooms. All visitors welcome. Winners were L. O’Shea, L. Wilson, J. Camden and B. Farrell. Raffle winners were T. Emery’s 2 J. Camden, M. Coombes . Half jackpot winners were J. O’Mara, A. Sargent and J. Thursday Morning Ladies Social Bowls- 9.30 am start- Uniform or neat and casual. Selectors for Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd August are Di Irving 65826262 or 0417180969 and Colleen Purnell 65840396 or 0490271853. Winners were on rink 4 J. Crisp, C. Pater and M. Coombes . Runners up were on rink 7 M. Glover, C. Watt and L. Godson. Raffle winners were C. Purnell, C. Storrier and B. Nall. Congratulations to Cathy Griffiths on winning the Minor Singles. Runner up was Anna Zhao. Congratulations to both players on a fantastic close game .
