Report Weekending 4th August 2019
We have reached the end of the 2 Bowls Triples which was played on Friday 2nd August 2019 and the winners were Lynne Thompson, Dianne Fischer and Anne Wilson who defeated Marilyn Dewson, Anna Innes and Fiona Brassey.
The first rounds of the Consistency are being played now and the results were A Pritchard defeated F Brassey and S Stokmanis defeated V Hamilton. Thankyou to K Campbell and D Teiffel who were the markers.
For social bowls on the 30th July 2019 saw the lucky rink winners of J West, G Potts and L Burtenshaw and the runners up were D Spinks, A Innes and M Dewson then on the 3rd August the lucky rink winners were J Grimshaw and J Matthews.
It’s that time of the year again to start thinking about getting teams together for the Spring Carnival and getting your entries in to Judy Blackler now.
To those who would like to attend the luncheon for all those who have helped during last year could you please get your name on the list soon so we can book the tables.
