Weekly Report 24th February 2019.
Firstly, on Tuesday the 19th February 2019 a great final of the Minor Singles Championship was played between Vera Hamilton and Helene White. Congratulations to Verna Hamilton on taking out the final as it was anyone’s game and enjoyable to watch.
Next, on Saturday 23rd February there were more games of the Under 3 years Championship played with the results being P Kelly defeating A Armstrong, L Moore defeating L Mathews, and A Norberry defeating M Avery.
Social Bowls for the 19th February 2019 saw the lucky rink winners of B Roberson, B Barker and R Holmes with the runners up being P Cahill, A Armstrong, B Owens and A Pritchard.
Then on Saturday the 23rd February the lucky rink winners were F Brassey, J Roberts, A Pritchard and the runners up were D Lynch, B Roberson, D Spinks and V Stewart.
Now with the Pennant season closing in make sure that if you have any questions see Anne Butlin or your allotted manager and they can help with any questions.
Again, as I always write please check the boards for any information about what is happening in your club, so you don’t miss anything.
The members list has been updated now and will be available from Robyn, so if there are any more changes, they will not happen now till June.
