Unfortunately the Memorial bowls day on Saturday the 16th has been postponed it will held at a later date possibly when the grass green opens. There will be bowls on Saturday starting at 12.30 it will be the cashpot triples and is open to all men, women and mixed please get your names in early as it helps our bowls Organiser to have the cards ready.

The semi-finals of the club fours were played on Wednesday morning Howard Burrows, John Gemmell, Mick Ashford and Barrie Isaac def Rob Edwards, Terry Miles, Peter Laing and Rocky Davis, in the other semi-final Gary Ruprecht, Budgie Brecard, Trevor Robb and Dean Gemmell def Dave Napper, Denis Chiddy, Ian Poole and Phil Collins.

The final of the fours between Barrie and Deans teams will be played on Sunday the 17th at 9am.

The Presidents challenge will be played the 23rd of February and all hands on deck will be needed this game will be against North Haven at Kew and is hoped to be an annual event.

Monday monthly pairs and bolting out the door with their winnings was Graham Conen and Les Alport, 2nd Ian Poole and Dave Napper, 3rd Howard Burrows and Rocky Davis and 4th Chicka Thompson and Gary Blisters Cheers our next Monday monthly pairs will be on March the 4th with the jackpot worth $500.

Wednesday social and heading to the butchers with the cash was Ray Elliott and Frosty, the runner up dosh went to Chicka Thompson and Mick Bate. Voucher winners were Stuart Rogan, Terry Miles, Rod Sutton, Phil Collins, Barrie Isaac and Jim Race.

The Friday jackpot is safe in the bank and will be worth $412 on Friday the 22nd of February. Rink winners and scampering out the door was Terry Miles, Steady Eddie McPhee and Charles Doyle picking up the second prize was Carl Young, Jim Race and Barrie Isaac. Vouchers went to Dean Gemmell, Terry Miles, Frank Raczka and Eddie McPhee.
