Report Weekending 3rd February 2019
Well we are underway with our Championships for the year with Minor Singles in full swing.
Results for the first round were V Stewart defeated K Jobson, B Roberson defeated L Mathews and M Waite defeated L Vale. Then in the second round M Waite defeated B Roberson, B Owens defeated V Stewart, A Armstrong defeated M Duhigg, V Hamilton defeated M Simmonds, P Kelly defeated F Brassey and P Begley defeated J Howard.
Social Bowls for Tuesday 22nd January 2019 saw the lucky rink winners of C Knox, L Watson and W Byers and the runners up were P Murphy, J Howard and J Roth.
On Saturday 26th January the lucky rink winners were J Blackler and W Byers and the runners up were J Roberts and R Jones.
Tuesday the 29th January saw the lucky rink winners of P Begley, M Duhigg, D Spinks and L Watson. The runners up on the day were D Lynch, S Malzard, D Fischer and A Wilson.
Saturday 2nd February 2019 saw the lucky rink winners of J Roberts and R Jones and the runners up were L Watson and R Hancox.
Please ladies, check those notice boards for your information about events, carnivals, game times and the kitchen roster.
Don’t forget we have a shop with chalk, uniforms, neck coolers, arm bands etc so just see Lorraine and she will be able to get you what you need.
