The major minor pairs is moving along nicely with 5 more games completed John Hilton and Dean Gemmell def Mick Bate and John Gemmell, Ian Hilton and Rod Sutton def Ian Hodgkinson and Eddie McPhee, Dave Napper and Ian McLaren def Bindi Notara and Wayne Thrussell, Paul Hancox and Rob Edwards def Ross Bate and Ross Harris and Chicka Thompson and Barrie Isaac def Ian Poole and Pat O’Connor.
Monday monthly pairs again proved popular with 20 teams taking part in the competition and winning the day was the team of Dave Napper and Mick Stuttard, 2nd place Howard Burrows and Charles Doyle, 3rd place Gary Ruprecht and Terry “kilometer” Miles, 4th place Jenifer Munson and Geoff Worley and 5th place John Gemmell and Dean Gemmell the Gemmell’s also went home with the $200 jackpot and Bob Sims and Wayne Thrussell get the free entry for next month.
Wednesday social saw 40 bowlers enjoy a great afternoon on the greens and picking up the cash was the pair’s team of Paul Hancox and Rob Edwards the runner up prize went to another pair’s side Mick Bate and John Gemmell. Voucher winners were Ian Hodgkinson, Terry Stringer, Pat O’Connor, Ian Poole, Ray Elliott and Frank Raczka.
Friday jackpot triples the money stays in the bank and is worth $330 on Friday the 22nd of September. Rink winners were Pat O’Connor, John Gemmell and Bill O’Donnell, the runner up prize went to Chicka Thompson, Doug Long and Wayne Thrussell. Vouchers went to Frosty, John Gemmell, Ian McLaren, Dick “I never win anything” Davies.
Mixed pairs is the next format and there is an entry sheet on the board closing date is the 23rd of September first round to be played on or before 7/10/17.
Wednesday social and Saturday cashpot triples are on this week names in by11.30 12.30 start both days.
