The major minor pairs are underway and some results so far Chicka Thompson and Barrie Isaac def Warren Barnes and Budgie Brecard. Gary Cheers and Rocky Davis def dashing Doug Long and Mick Stuttard the next round is to be played by Sunday the 9th of September.
Wednesday social and taking home the money was Lisle Crossing, Paul Hancox and Ross Harris, the runner up prize went to John Hilton, Mick “master blaster” Bate and Rod Sutton. Vouchers went to Warren Bates, Barrie Isaac, Frank Raczka, Carl Young and Leslie Faulstone.
Saturday cashpot triples 1st place Ray Allan, Ian McLaren and Ron Hale, 2nd place Graeme Martin, Dave Herman and Gary Martin and in 3rd place John Hilton, Ian Poole and Brian Charters. Voucher winners were Chicka Thompson, John Jarvis, Jimmy Race and Ian McLaren.
Bowls this week Wednesday social and Friday Jackpot Triples names in by 11.30 12.30 start both days.
