WESTPORT WOMEN’S BOWLING CLUB
REPORT FOR TUESDAY 13th JUNE,
2017
TUESDAY MORNING MIXED BOWLS – Tuesday bowls - 9.30am
start – Uniform or neat casual. Welcome all members and visitors to this
competition. Come along and enjoy a pleasant morning of bowls with a happy
group of players. Margaret and Ron Coombes can be contacted on 6581 3264 or
0422816063 if you would like to come and enjoy a morning game of bowls. All
visitors welcome. Bowlers to meet upstairs at the Club in the Community room
before bowls. Winners were Sylvia McCallum, Maurice Whitechurch and Joy Elford.
Raffle winners Glad Flockton, Alex Morris and Maurice Whitechurch. No Jackpot
winners today.
REPORT FOR THURSDAY 15th JUNE,

THURSDAY MORNING LADIES DAY – 9.30am start –Uniform.
Selectors for Thursday June 22nd Di Irving (65826262) and Carol Owen
(0405417994). Water and flag roster Carol
Chandler and Lesley Godson. Thank you to Debbie from Perfect Nails by Debbie
for her ongoing support. Thursday’s bowls were abandoned. Wednesday June 14th
our Club Fours were played with winners Carol Owen, Margaret Coombes, Di Irving
and Di Parry and runners up Betty Oliver, Geraldine Lavender, Leonie Laws and
Yvonne Hansell. Well done girls, a good game to watch.

ONE DAY AUGUST CARNIVAL:
This
