Past Presidents' Day at Port City

PORT CITY WOMEN’S BOWLING CLUB

Tuesday 20th June 2017  HAPPENINGS

Debbie welcomed all bowlers to the Past Presidents' Day at Port City.  Moneys raised today will go to Angel Flight Australia.

Next Tuesday will be Port City Gala Day. Spiders are required for this day and all donations would be greatly appreciated.  Gala Day will be $15 per person, including lunch, with all moneys raised to go to the District.

There will be no social bowls next Saturday.  A mixed Pairs Tournament will be played 23-25 June.  If any ladies are able to put their name down as a single entry to fill in if required, please contact Phil Baker.  Also, markers are required for the Mens' Singles on 8-9 July.

Lyn Thompson has been selected in the over 60s Country side and Debbie Amor has also been selected in the Open Country side. Well done

Ladies from the Past Presidents' Group thanked everyone who helped with the organisation for today, also those who helped make sandwiches and everyone who attended to help make the day a success.  Thank you to the ladies from Westport, Comboyne and Panthers who attended today and to other Clubs for their donations.  An amount of $1081.15 was raised today. An amazing effort…….well done!!!!!!!
