were played today, as well as the Semi-Finals of the Club Pairs and the 17th
Round of District 4’s Pennants. Port City
4(1’s) def Port Panthers. On Thursday 1st May Port City 4(2’s) will
play North Haven
4(2’s) at North Haven.
Club Pairs

Light. The Final will be played on Thursday 1st May.

Birthday
Congratulations this week to Robyn Biddle and Rhonda Evans.
Club 4’s
entries will close at 11.00 am on Tuesday 6th May and will commence
on 20th May.
Club Jackets
are now available for sale at $55 each.
The Sheet is
up for you to enter for our 60th Birthday celebrations on 10th
June. There will be a Spider in aid of the Early Intervention Society and the
cost for the day is $15, lunch included. Please put
your names down early so that the Committee will have some idea of numbers for
catering purposes. The State President, Robyn Procter, will be visiting us on
that day.
Ladies, if
you have any cardboard rolls from the insides of Glad Wrap, etc. please keep
them and give them to any of the ladies on committee.
Our next
Quarterly Meeting will be on 20th
May, after bowls.
Port
Panthers Gala Day will be held on 21st May and the sheet is on the
board for entries.
The Biggest Morning Tea will be held on 27th May.
Versatility Fives Carnival will be held on
Monday 2nd June and Tuesday 3rd June.
Daffodil Day will
be held on 2nd September.
Handicap Triples will be on 9th
September.
We wish any
ladies who are unwell a speedy recovery and a return to bowls very soon.
