Play in the Women's State Pennant finals continued on Tuesday in Forster / Tuncurry with some continuing fine weather and mixed results for the Port City sides.
In grade 1 Port City had a bye and then picked up 4 points in the afternoon game. With 3 rounds to go in their section they are still in there with a strong chance of taking out the sectional win.
The grade 2 team only managed to pick up 1/2 point (a rink tie) in their 2 rounds played on Tuesday. With only 1 round to go today (Wednesday) the section will be taken out by either Glenbrook Panthers or Trangie who meet in the final round.
