Dress code for social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt and neat shorts/slacks. No tank tops or singlets

A Reminder that Port City greens and spectator areas are smoke free.

Pennants 2018 – It has been confirmed start date will be 28th April. The format ( 6-8-10 week) is yet to be confirmed. We have to give an indication to zone 14 by 15th January 2018 of our player list. Please complete the form at the bowls kiosk and place in the box provided. So far we have over 100 names.

Ham raffles continue on Wednesday, we have 80 hams. Wednesday 20th there will be 100 hams. If you can’t make it on the night, see a committee member as we presell tickets also.

Presentation Day is set for 16th December. A sheet is on the board for those intending to join us. There will be some interesting awards to be handed out this year. Bowls ( 2 bowl triples) from 1 – 3pm followed by presentations, nibbles and drinks. Club uniform should be worn and $10 game fee applies.

Bowls calendar for Jan – Feb 2018 is on the board.

Don’t forget the men’s meat raffle every Friday, tickets available from 5pm with the draw at 7pm.  Ask for our special deals when buying tickets. Meat trays are proudly supplied by Wiggly Tail Butchery. Also club ltd badge draw at 7 and 8 pm currently stands at $8000 – well worth winning before Christmas.

“Rocking Ronnie” Apps turned 75 this week. Best wishes to Tom Cornforth who is recovering after surgery at RNS in Sydney.
