Lake Cathie Men's BC news report
The
weather was kind to us this week. We managed to get our regular games in and
have some fun. Number one green is looking great, should be playable very soon.
The plovers and their two chicks will have to move to the back green.
Monday’s
grinners were T. Seegar, R. Seegar and Glenn Ferris with lucky losers John
Javis, Esther Bailey and Bill Bailey happy to get the prize.
On Thursday, with
a full house again; winners were Bob Mahon, Keith Woods, Steve Townsend and
Geoff Worley with runners up Doug Rose, Vic Hayhurst, Doug Porter and Gary
Knox. The winning losers were David Jourdant, Dick Engel, Ron Morris and Reg
Penney.
Saturday saw Gary Russell and P. Dowe on the podium with Brian Sloggett
and John Morgan the lucky losers.
