We are now at the half way stage of pennants and because of the new scoring method, all grades are very close..

Congratulations to Callum Murray. In the zone 14 juniors ( under 18) Callum played at Park Beach Callum made it to the final of the singles, the final of the pairs and was a member of the successful fours. He now goes to Warilla on July 6-11 to compete in the state junior championships.

Sheet is on the board for Veteran’s day Thursday 16th April. Bowls at 9am followed by lunch.

The major pairs championship is open for entries and closes on Saturday 18th April at 5pm.

Forward events; Tuesday May 12th to Thursday 14th May is the 2 bowl handicap triples tournament and on Friday 19th June to Sunday 21st June the Grade 6 & 7 2 bowl triples. Both these tournaments are very popular and carry substantial prize money. Put your teams in early to secure a start. Flyers are available at the club.

Free coaching is available on Saturday and  Sunday mornings ( bowls provided). Just turn up at 10 am.
