Dress code for
social bowls is club uniform/creams or clean smart casual, with collared shirt,
neat shorts/slacks.
Only
one pennant game played this weekend. The grade 6 completed their match at
North Haven, going down 74-60.
The
draw for the major singles is on the board, the first round to be played May 3rd.
Forward events;
Tuesday May 12th to Thursday 14th May is the 2 bowl
handicap triples tournament and on Friday 19th June to Sunday 21st
June the Grade 6 & 7 2 bowl triples. Both these tournaments are very
popular and carry substantial prize money. Put your teams in early to secure a
start. Flyers are available at the club.

Free coaching
is available on Saturday and Sunday mornings (bowls provided). Just turn up at
10 am.

Murray missed the $600 jackpot.
Sunday:- 64 bowlers enjoyed a bbq before bowls,
which will now be a regular feature of our Sunday bowls. The jackpot was won by
J. Milnes-Norma Schwartz-J. Munson.
