CONGRATULATIONS

To Margaret Walsh and Shirley Devine who won the Club Pairs on Saturday 18^th May.

Congratulations also to Lois Bishell and Beth Schubert (Sub Morgan Solman-Stewart) who were the runners-up.

BIGGEST MORNING TEA

Was held on Tuesday 28^th May in aid of cancer research and an amount of $360 was raised. This amount also includes proceeds from a spider and a donation from Joy Surrey OAM of a lovely set of towels for a raffle. Marie Bignell won the towels.

CLUB FOURS

Debbie Amor, Barbara Barrett, Carol Bowman and Judy Brady will be playing Lynne Thompson, Carol White, Faye Schollum and Eveline Ramsay in the finals of the Club Fours Championship. This will be played on Thursday 6^th June. Good Luck to both teams.

PORT MACQUARIE CITY WBC BIRTHDAY

On 11^th June we will be celebrating our birthday.

We will be welcoming District representatives to our club to present the Pennant flags and badges to our successful Grade 1 and Grade 2 District Pennant Winners. Please provide your own lunch on the day.

 REGIONAL PENNANT PLAY OFF

This event will be played on Monday 17^th and Tuesday 18^th June at Wingham. Congratulations and Good Luck to our Grade 1 and Grade 2 Pennant Players who will be representing our club.

OUT OF HAT TRIPLES

Will be held on Tuesday 25^th June. Please remember to put your names down, as this is a great event and an opportunity to play with different people.

REGIONAL SINGLES PLAY OFF

This event will be played at Westport on Thursday 27^th June. Carol White, as our reigning club champion, will be representing us.

We wish her good luck and hope that many of our ladies will be there to cheer her on.

PORT MACQUARIE MIXED PAIRS TOURNAMENT

This event will be held 28-30 June.

CLUB TRIPLES

Entries opened on Tuesday 28^th May, will close 18^th June and be played on 2^nd July.

CHAMPION OF CLUB CHAMPIONS PAIRS

This event will be held 1^st – 5^th July at Warilla. Good Luck to our worthy representatives Shirley Devine and Margaret Walsh.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This will be held on Monday 15^th July at 9.00 am upstairs in the Function room at the Port City Bowling Club. Please see the noticeboard for Nomination forms.

MAJOR/MINOR PAIRS

Entries will open on 11^th June, close 2^nd July and will be played on 16^th July.

Entry forms are now available.
