Port City Men's Bowling Club news report for the week ending Sunday 16th June.

Wednesday pm :- $15 Ted Langdon & Tom Cornforth,  $10  Les Scholz, Adrian Fakes & Keith Roach
Minor Singles: C.Thornton def K.Ashdown.

Major Triples: C.Murray, E.Dasczyk (sub), & L.Dodd def B.Apps, J.Rossiter & B.Counsell. P.Brady, C.Campbell & J.Sallustio def G.Keft, R.Waterhouse & G.Worley (played Sun)

Thursday pm : $15 Terry Millward & Bruce Chapman, $10 Keith Ison & Tony Owens.The jackpot of $480 was not won by new member Dave Pascoe .Next week the jackpot will be approx. $540.

Friday pm :-.$15 Doug McGregor & John Boys,  $10  Fred Rauch & Tommy Smith, $7 Jim Cranna & Geoff Ball. The jackpot $600 was won by Sandy Harris & Bob Langham – well done fellas. The jackpot  next week will still be a healthy  $480  (approx.).

Major Triples: C. Murray, E.Dasczyk (sub) & L.Dodd def M.Glasse, B.Crewe & C.Thornton on the very last end in a thriller..

Saturday pm :- $15 Dave Lomas & Denise Gudgeon (for the second week in a row!!)  $10 Ken Taylor & Elaine Riedel.

 Upcoming Events :- Grade’s 6’s & 7’s - $18,000 tournament will be held on 21st ,22nd  & 23rd of June .

The Port Macquarie Mixed Pairs will be held on the  28th ,29th  & 30th of June .

Prestige Pairs will be held 17th,18th & 19th July.
